The service
Prime Saas POS is a point-of-sale platform provided by Primecodia Tech. Organizations are provisioned by our team rather than through self-serve signup — by using an account on the platform, you agree to these terms.
Accounts & roles
Each organization has one Admin account, who may create Moderator accounts for their staff and control exactly which pages and actions each one can use. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Trial & licensing
New organizations start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires a license token issued by Super Admin for a billing period your organization has arranged with us (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly). If a trial or license lapses, new sales and changes are blocked for that organization until a token is applied — existing data remains visible and readable throughout.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access another organization's data, or to interfere with the service's normal operation. We reserve the right to suspend an organization's access for violations of these terms.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data your organization enters into the platform (menu, inventory, sales records). See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and used.
Availability & liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep it available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or misuse of the platform beyond what's required by applicable law.
Termination
Either party may end the arrangement at any time. On termination, your organization's access is suspended; data deletion on request is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
